MankerBeer.com -> Brewing according to Mikkel(ler) – Master Class and interview at SBWF

One of the last things we did during Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival and Taste Experience was to attend a master classs and conduct and interview with Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, the genius brewer behind Mikkeller. An interesting master class and an even more interesting interview really helped us understand what motivates Mikkel and paints a picture of a brewer with an urge to brew as great beer as possible.
